Note that it says it has questions for both the 19 - I actually emailed him and asked him and this was his response "The testing booklet consists of 85 pages of questions. Looks like one of the more comprehensive ones I could find for the 2009 standard. I think the one you're referring to by James D Meadows is this one ( ) right? Note that theres a question book (ISBN: 978-4-8) and answer book (ISBN: 978-1-1).
